Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At SITA, our commitment is to provide the highest quality of classical dance education. Due to the limited capacity of our classes and the commitment required, all fees are generally non-refundable.

2. Cancellations by Student

If you cancel your enrolment more than 14 days before the start of a term, you may be eligible for a partial refund minus administrative fees. Cancellations within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations by SITA

In the unlikely event that SITA must cancel a scheduled class or workshop, you will be offered a make-up class or a full refund for that specific session.

4. Missed Classes

There are no refunds for classes missed by the student. Where possible, make-up classes may be arranged at the discretion of the instructor.
